Here is a scanned copy of the Autumn 1952 edition of JRGS School Magazine, kindly supplied by Brian Thorogood and imaged by Paul Graham (JRGS 1959-66). Each of the images are offered as individual JPEG files.

   Paul Graham writes: On page 4 Mr. Lowe looks forward to the new school buildings at Shirley and gives a good description of the layout. Staff changes (page 5) include the leaving of Mr. Cresswell for a headship at nearby Archbishop Tennyson school and the arrival of Mr. Neale and Mr. Alan "Ego" Murray. Addingtonites will shiver slightly at the photo and vivid description on page 10 of the clubhouse destroyed by fire. Plus the usual rich mix of society and sporting activities, including a staff vs. school Lawn Tennis match on page 29.
