is Sir James Hamilton KBE, MBE, standing next to Anne Smith - a long time
English Teacher at JRGS - who became Principal in 1991, having taken
over at Shirley from William Patterson in 1990. Ann left in 1999; the
current holder [2010] of the post of Principal is Tim Eyton-Jones.
